About the Author

I’m a proud Kansan living in a college town – and for the first time in my adult life not working at the associated university. I’m relaunching my blog to provide focus and documentation of my new journey, and look forward to sharing the adventures with you.

Back in the day when MySpace was a thing that people still used, I had a line in my bio that said that I was always secretly orchestrating the soundtrack of my life. It still seems to fit. I also love crafting, reading, mountains, and spending time with my family – which has been a lot more frequent since returning to my home state 3 years ago.

Oh, and I have the world’s greatest dog.
